  • Either up to 80% of the project’s hard costs or

  • Up to 70% of its “on completion value”

  • assist approved borrowers with Mezzanine Finance if they are desirous of investing less equity into a particular project. mezzanine finance is typically used by clients of ours who are desirous of completing multiple projects that either overlap their normal construction activities or which they might not otherwise be able to do.
